Fabrication Process for PE Tank

Installation Manual For Deluxe PE Water Tank

 

 
PE Tank
A) The base shall be adequantly and uniformly supported over its whole area. Do not place water tank on beams with interval spaces or uneven surfaces.

B) Circular holes for fixing pipes shall have a clean edge, free from notches, and shall be punched with a sharp hollow puncher, cut with a hole saw or drilled with a sharp drill-bit.

C) All water inlet and outlets holes should be drilled within flat areas provided in the water tank.
   
PE Tank
D) Pipes shall be supported and alligned so as not to distort the water tank, and back nuts shall not be overtightened.

E) Do not use any putty or joining compound. Plastics or rubber sealing washers or ABS tapes can be used.

F) The centreline of the float operated valve shall be minimum of 38mm from the top of the water tank.

G) The water tank shall be positioned not close to heaters, electric light bulbs or other sources of heat.
   
PE Tank
H) Do not connect pipe in rigid straight line.
   
I) Upon installation, make sure the cover is properly fitted, and snap-on to ensure hygienic and clean water supply.

J) Water tank shall be used for cold water storage only.
   
K) Ensure all pipes connected to the water tank well supported and properly alligned.
