Fabrication Process for PE Tank

Installation Guide Of Deluxe Septic Tank
     
A) Working space about 400mm to 650mm around the septic tankmust allowed in the excavation (where septic tank be placed).
.
The bottom of the excavation must be prepared by cured 100mmthickness of 1:2:4 concrete reinforced with 1 layer of BRC-A9 wire mesh.
     
B) Septic tank to be placed into the excavation with full awarenessin order to prevent any accident that might affect the septic tankand human.
     
C) Septic tank shall be anchored or strapped to the base of theconcrete slab prior to backfilling, to resist floating.
     
D) Working space around the septic tank shall be backfill with sand and gravel (compacted), up to the opening lids. Septictank must be filled in with water in equal proportion to the backfill.
Backfilling shall be considered in layer of 250mm thick at one time.
     
E) The backfills at the inlet and the outlet must be well compacted and gradient of 2° for the inlet and outlet pipes must be allowed.
     
F) The 100mm thickness slab with manhole openings to be laid over the septic tank. The slab consists of 1:2:4 concrete reinforced with 1 layer of BRC-A9 wire mesh.
Neck connection up to the specified level to be constructed withbricks. Cast iron to be used as manhole cover.
The septic tank to be filled with water up to the required capasity.
     
1. Air ventilation pipe extended to the top 
2. Minimum 100mm or 1000mm maximum depth depending onlocation.
